Creative Producer & Videographer (Influencer Campaign Production)

Responsibilities

We are representing a global influencer marketing agency in their search for a Creative Producer & Videographer based in London. This role is designed for an ambitious content professional who can take end-to-end ownership of social-first video projects.

You will act as a versatile hybrid specialist, seamlessly bridging creative ideation, production logistics, hands-on shooting, and editing. Your work will support influencer campaigns that drive measurable impact across TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and Shorts.

Your time will be allocated approximately:

• 50% Shooting: Leading camera work on self-produced projects and supporting larger-scale shoots
• 40% Editing: Cutting, grading, and delivering client-ready assets from footage you capture
• 10% Production: Managing end-to-end logistics, scheduling, and prep for independent projects

Day-to-day, you will:

• Manage mid-scale production projects from brief to final delivery, overseeing pre-production and post-production elements with senior team support
• Coordinate production logistics including scheduling, talent coordination, and equipment preparation
• Serve as lead videographer on your own projects, capturing platform-native content optimized for social channels
• Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment confidently in agile, fast-paced environments
• Own post-production for your shoots, translating raw footage into polished social cuts
• Brief and review external editors when delegating work, providing clear feedback aligned with project goals
• Ensure all edits are optimized for various social aspect ratios, safe zones, and platform trends
• Maintain and organize in-house equipment inventory
• Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, social-first content efficiently

What We're Looking For

Essential experience and skills:

• Hands-on experience in video production, shooting, and editing within an agency, publisher, or social-first media brand (freelance experience also considered)
• Proven track record as a "one-person crew" capable of directing, shooting, and editing your own work under tight deadlines
• Proficiency with professional camera systems (Sony, Canon, or similar digital cinema systems) as well as mobile/gimbal setups
• Working knowledge of lighting design for simple interview and social content setups
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects and DaVinci Resolve skills are a major plus)
• Deep understanding of what makes content perform on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, with ability to adapt creative formats accordingly
• Strong communication skills with ability to manage project stakeholders
• Calm, structured approach to managing multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Right to work in the UK

This position requires working in-office in London approximately four days per week to support collaboration and creative development.
