Commercial – Future Leaders Graduate Program

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing e-commerce organization in Germany that is seeking graduates for their 1-year Commercial Future Leaders Program. From day one, you will take on real responsibilities in areas such as category management, store operations, customer experience, or analytics—depending on your strengths and interests.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work alongside category managers, designers, copywriters, and technical teams to create a seamless app experience that delights customers
• Data analysis: Use customer behavior insights to improve app features, refine pricing strategies, and develop compelling promotional campaigns
• Innovation: Identify trends and customer needs early to continuously evolve the product range
• Process optimization: Develop tools and workflows that make commercial activities more efficient and impactful
• Project leadership: Drive cross-functional initiatives spanning marketing, customer experience, and operational excellence to generate growth and customer value

What We're Looking For

• A successfully completed Master's degree in STEM fields (engineering, physics, mathematics, econometrics) or business disciplines (economics, finance, business administration)
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with numbers
• Prior professional experience through internships or working student positions, ideally in fast-paced environments such as startups, consulting, or FMCG
• Willingness to take ownership of operational tasks from the start
• Motivation to assume full responsibility for your projects immediately
• Fluent German and English language skills for our international environment
• Availability to work four to five days per week in Düsseldorf
