Fast Track to Leadership Trainee

Responsibilities

Our client, a fast-growing logistics organization, is seeking graduates for an accelerated leadership development program in supply chain and fulfillment operations. This two-year Fast Track program transforms recent master's graduates into Operations Managers with full responsibility for teams, processes, and strategic initiatives.

Year 1: Operations Supervisor - Building Your Foundation

• Complete structured onboarding and build your network across the fulfillment operation
• Lead shifts 3-4 days per week as an Operations Supervisor, coordinating teams and making real-time operational decisions
• Develop leadership skills through mentoring, training in feedback and motivation, and hands-on people management
• Own improvement projects 1-2 days per week, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that boost productivity and streamline processes

Year 2: Operations Manager - Expanding Your Impact

• Take on national or international assignments at other sites, or rotate through different supply chain functions to broaden your expertise
• Work on cross-site strategic initiatives 3-4 days per week, optimizing order processes or supporting new automated facilities
• Continue leading shifts 1-2 days per week to maintain operational excellence
• Position yourself for senior operations roles or specialized positions within the organization after program completion

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field - recently completed or finishing within 6 months
• Practical experience in supply chain environments through internships or working student positions
• Fluent German and very strong English communication skills
• Enthusiasm for taking immediate responsibility for teams and developing people from day one as a graduate
• Hands-on mentality with proven ability to turn ideas into successful projects
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to identify problems early
• Flexibility and excitement for a role spanning both office-based project work and operational warehouse environments, including shift work
