Wir suchen für unseren Auftraggeber, ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Facility-Management-Bereich in München, einen Haustechniker Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d) in Vollzeit und unbefristeter Festanstellung.
In dieser Position betreuen Sie technische Anlagen und Gebäudesysteme umfassend:
- Sicherstellung des störungsfreien Betriebs gebäudetechnischer Anlagen
- Durchführung von Inspektionen, Wartungsarbeiten und kleineren Reparaturen
- Eigenständige Behebung von Störungen und technischen Problemen
- Überwachung der Funktionsfähigkeit aller gebäudetechnischen Systeme und Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen
- Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Qualitätsstandards
- Unterstützung bei der Koordination externer Dienstleister und der laufenden Objektbetreuung
Was wir suchen
Erforderliche Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK (m/w/d), Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d), Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik (m/w/d) oder Elektroinstallateur (m/w/d)
- Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung als Haustechniker, Servicetechniker Gebäudetechnik, Anlagenmechaniker SHK oder Elektroniker Betriebstechnik
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung
- Führerschein Klasse B
Von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung mit Gebäudeleittechnik (GLT)
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Eigenverantwortung und Zuverlässigkeit
