Specialist (m/w/d) Training Design

Our talent team is representing a confidential pharmaceutical manufacturing organization in Halle, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. This facility produces critical therapies for oncology and other life-threatening conditions under stringent regulatory standards.

We are seeking a Specialist (m/w/d) Training Design to develop high-quality, practice-oriented training concepts and learning content for onboarding, development, and technical training programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve didactic training concepts and learning journeys for in-person and digital formats
• Transform complex technical content, processes, SOPs, and systems into audience-appropriate learning formats
• Develop, maintain, and update training and learning materials including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, microlearning content, and trainer guides
• Support and optimize internal training measures and facilitate workshops
• Collaborate on the advancement of modern learning formats and learning technologies
• Work closely with functional departments and subject matter experts to develop suitable learning solutions
• Support training needs analyses and ensure quality, documentation, and compliance requirements are met
• Evaluate and continuously improve training offerings and learning formats

What We're Looking For

• University degree in pedagogy, continuing education, psychology, or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in adult education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and creating training and learning materials
• Ideally, experience in adult education, training, e-learning, or a GMP-regulated environment
• Excellent didactic and conceptual skills plus knowledge of modern learning methods and instructional design approaches
• Experience with digital learning formats, LMS systems, and common authoring tools
• Proficient use of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with a structured, independent, and creative working style
• Fluent German and very good English language skills

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are based on the client's collective bargaining agreement structure, including benefits such as 13th-month salary, vacation pay, company pension scheme, and additional insurance coverage.
