About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a fast-growing digital agency based in Hamburg that specializes in innovative social media strategies for mid-market clients. We are seeking a Trainee No-Code / Low-Code Automation Specialist to join their IT and Business Development department.

In this role, you will design and automate business processes using modern no-code and low-code platforms. You'll ensure systems integrate seamlessly, data flows work smoothly, and operational efficiency continuously improves. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with digital expertise or a strong ability to learn independently.

Responsibilities

• Automate business processes using no-code/low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, and Make
• Build, maintain, and manage Airtable databases
• Develop front-ends and interfaces using no-code/low-code platforms
• Manage and enhance the CRM system (particularly HubSpot)
• Plan, implement, and deploy new business processes
• Document and design digital business processes
• Provide user training and ongoing support

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Business Management, Banking, or completed IT training with practical experience in IT/automation
• Analytical, methodical, and structured thinking with strong analytical skills and quick comprehension
• Initial experience in project management with high discipline and organizational ability
• Results-oriented and solution-focused work style; ability to follow, understand, and improve existing processes
• Strong teamwork skills, excellent communication abilities, and confident presence
• Very good written expression in German
• Resilience and ability to handle performance pressure
• Experience with low-code/no-code solutions and API tools like Zapier or Make.com, or the ability to learn quickly and independently
