Trainee IT-Systemintegrator No-Code / Low-Code (m/w/d) – (Zapier, Make.com, n8n, AirTable etc.)

We are representing a fast-growing digital agency in Hamburg that specializes in social media strategies for mid-sized businesses. Our client is seeking a motivated Trainee IT System Integrator – No-Code/Low-Code to join their Business Development and IT team.

Responsibilities

• Automate business processes using no-code and low-code platforms such as n8n, Zapier, and Make
• Build, maintain, and manage AirTable databases
• Develop front-ends and interfaces using no-code/low-code tools
• Manage and enhance the CRM system, particularly HubSpot
• Plan, implement, and roll out new business processes
• Document and conceptualize digital business workflows
• Provide user training and ongoing support for internal teams

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, or IT-focused apprenticeship
• First practical experience in IT, automation, or process optimization
• Familiarity with API tools and low-code/no-code solutions (Zapier, Make.com, n8n, AirTable) or the ability to learn them quickly and independently
• Analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and a quick learner
• Initial project management experience with high discipline and organizational ability
• Results-oriented and solution-focused approach; ability to follow, understand, and improve existing processes
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and confident presence
• Very good written German language skills
• Ability to handle performance pressure and demanding workloads
