Senior Recruiter – Vollzeit (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing consultancy based in Hamburg that specializes in talent acquisition campaigns for trade and skilled labor sectors. In this senior recruiter role, you will conduct structured qualification interviews with candidates generated through social media campaigns, assess whether applicants are professionally and personally suited for client organizations, and schedule interviews accordingly.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting telephone pre-screening interviews with candidates generated through digital campaigns
• Evaluating applicants against clearly defined criteria to determine role suitability
• Making preliminary selections and organizing interviews with client companies
• Documenting all interview outcomes thoroughly in the applicant management system
• Communicating relevant job and employer information to candidates
• Following established interview guides and standardized processes
• Collaborating closely with project managers to ensure only qualified candidates are presented to clients

What We're Looking For

This position requires a seasoned recruiting professional with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Our client seeks someone who can work independently while maintaining process integrity and quality standards.

Required qualifications:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Human Resources
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in recruiting, project management, or talent marketing
• Strong analytical and methodical thinking with excellent organizational abilities
• Results-oriented and solution-focused approach combined with team collaboration skills
• Confident presence with autonomous working style and high communication competence
• Ability to not only follow existing processes but actively optimize and develop them further
• Quick comprehension and strong self-discipline
• Excellent communication skills with a keen sense for precision
• Flawless written German with clean, error-free expression
• Ability to perform well under pressure

Location: Hamburg city center, full-time position
