Senior Marketing Manager/in – Vollzeit (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a rapidly growing digital marketing agency in Hamburg that specializes in employer branding campaigns for skilled trades and mid-market companies. After thorough onboarding, you will:

• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Write compelling ad copy that effectively positions our client's customers as attractive employers
• Design and build landing pages and career sites
• Launch and manage paid social media campaigns
• Support the marketing team in tracking campaign performance and success metrics
• Continuously analyze campaign data and optimize for improved results
• Maintain regular communication with project management and end clients regarding current and future campaigns

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training or university degree in business administration or marketing
• 4-6 years of hands-on professional experience in marketing management
• Proven project experience planning and executing marketing campaigns, particularly in social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Analytical and structured thinking with strong organizational skills
• Results-oriented approach with excellent teamwork abilities
• Self-directed work style with confident presentation skills
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures
• Quick learner with high discipline and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with a sharp eye for precision
• Flawless written German language skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure
