Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential facility management organization in Berlin seeking a skilled building technician to join their team. In this role, you will:

• Oversee buildings and technical systems, ensuring reliable daily operations
• Conduct regular control and inspection rounds to identify technical issues early
• Perform minor repairs and support maintenance and upkeep of building systems
• Report and coordinate necessary repairs with facility management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards for all technical work

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates with the following qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in a technical trade such as HVAC mechanic, electrical technician for building systems, or mechatronics
• Professional experience as a building technician, facility technician, or similar role in building and systems maintenance
• Knowledge in one or more areas: plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, or electrical systems
• Basic computer skills including MS Office proficiency
• Valid driver's license (Class B)
• Strong hands-on technical skills, independent and structured work approach, and excellent service orientation
