Wir vertreten ein modernes medizinisches Labor in Mainz und suchen einen MTLA (Medizinisch-technischer Laborassistent) mit Schwerpunkt Labormedizin, Klinische Chemie und Hämatologie. Unser Mandant setzt auf neueste Analysetechnologien und bietet dir die Möglichkeit, in einem professionellen Umfeld präzise diagnostische Arbeit zu leisten.
Deine Aufgaben
- Durchführung automatisierter Analysen in klinischer Chemie und Hämatologie, einschließlich Blutbildanalytik, Hormone und Tumormarker
- Bestimmung globaler Gerinnungsparameter und Durchführung von Serumelektrophoresen
- Manuelle Differenzierung pathologischer Blutbilder und Parasitendiagnostik
- Qualitätsmanagement und technische Validierung der Laborergebnisse
- Arbeit mit vollautomatischen Laborstraßen und modernsten Analysegeräten
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MTLA (Medizinisch-technischer Laborassistent / Mensch)
- Erfahrung in Labormedizin, klinischer Chemie oder Hämatologie von Vorteil
- Präzise, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau)
