Growth Marketer (AI-Powered QA Automation)

Responsibilities

We are representing a well-funded software tools company operating a small, autonomous product team focused on AI-powered QA automation. This desktop application converts manual testing workflows into automated scripts, and the team is building acquisition from the ground up.

As Growth Marketer, you will own user acquisition for an early-stage product with unproven channels. You'll run fast, data-driven experiments across paid search, video, communities, organic traffic, and other channels to discover what converts. You'll produce your own marketing assets—ad copy, screen recordings, landing pages—and work directly with the product team to ship acquisition-focused features like custom onboarding flows or free tools. You'll build and maintain end-to-end funnel tracking from initial click to activation to lifetime value, and you'll have the authority to shut down underperforming channels based on your own data.

Decisions you make Monday go live Wednesday. There is no marketing bureaucracy, no prolonged approval cycles, and no established playbook. You'll operate with a high degree of freedom inside a seven-person team.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated success growing self-serve products with direct responsibility for user activation
• Experience managing marketing budgets across channels and reallocating spend based on user acquisition economics
• The ability to create your own creative assets—copy, landing pages, product demos—without relying on external agencies or designers
• Daily hands-on experience using LLMs for research, creative drafting, and data analysis, with the judgment to know when they help or hinder
• Experience working inside a startup or small, fast-moving product team
• Comfort operating without a playbook and deciding what to test when acquisition channels are entirely unproven
• A bias for action that favors shipping functional campaigns quickly over prolonged polishing
• Honesty about performance, with the discipline to cut underperforming channels based on data before anyone asks
• Experience marketing developer tools, QA products, or AI tools is a strong plus

Location: Berlin or Munich (hybrid/flexible work arrangements available)

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are competitive for the Berlin/Munich market.
