Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential software development organization in their search for a Technical Project Manager to join their platform engineering team. In this role, you will coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives that span product, infrastructure, and engineering domains.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving and coordinating platform initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Aligning distributed teams around shared goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Supporting planning and execution processes, helping teams move from concept to delivery
• Tracking progress and proactively managing risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
• Contributing to the improvement of delivery and collaboration practices across the organization

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a Technical Project Manager with proven experience in product or platform-focused environments. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager working with product or platform teams
• Demonstrated ability to drive multiple parallel initiatives in a fast-paced environment, coordinating cross-functional efforts
• Exceptional communication skills and confidence engaging with diverse stakeholders at all levels
• Structured thinking, strong focus on outcomes, and a "get it done" mindset
• Comfort working with complex technical systems and ability to understand technical challenges
• Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Fluency in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with platform or infrastructure-related products
• Technical background or hands-on development experience
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple locations
