About This Opportunity

Our talent team is seeking a (Senior) Manager Performance Management to join their practice in Heidelberg, Germany. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects with enterprise clients across manufacturing, automotive, and life sciences industries.
In this position, you will lead strategic consulting engagements focused on corporate planning, financial reporting, consolidation, and performance optimization. You will work directly with C-level executives to design and implement modern management systems that drive efficiency and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute consulting projects independently, focusing on corporate performance management, planning, reporting, and consolidation processes
- Provide strategic advisory services to optimize cost structures and profitability models for enterprise clients
- Design and implement modern planning, control, and consolidation frameworks that align with client strategic objectives
- Partner closely with C-suite executives to translate business goals into actionable performance management solutions
- Manage and mentor consulting teams while ensuring delivery quality and project effectiveness
- Develop innovative approaches that leverage emerging technologies in performance management
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or related field
- Significant professional experience in corporate controlling, performance management, planning, or consolidation—ideally with demonstrated expertise across multiple domains
- Proven experience advising senior leadership and implementing strategic management models
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their application in performance management solutions
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) at a business-negotiation level
- Experience leading teams and coaching junior consultants
