Founders Associate

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential industrial automation client in Garching who is building next-generation manufacturing capabilities. They are seeking a Founder's Associate to work directly with leadership on the company's highest-priority strategic and operational initiatives. This is a front-row seat to how a modern industrial company scales from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the right hand to the Founder, defining and executing strategic and operational priorities that move the company forward
• Act as the critical link between leadership and the broader team, ensuring decisions are communicated clearly and nothing falls through the cracks
• Design and build process automations for manual work across procurement, administrative tasks, and operations
• Support investor relations activities and stakeholder communications
• Drive cross-functional initiatives that span strategy, operations, and team coordination

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top university in business, engineering, or at the intersection of business and technology, with strong academic performance
• Get-things-done mentality with a focus on progress and results over rigid process
• Humble, low-ego approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves on any task
• Prior experience in a high-paced environment such as consulting, a startup, or comparable setting
• Technical literacy and ability to quickly learn and engage with technical topics
• Strong communication skills, comfortable in both customer-facing meetings and on the production floor
