Sales Director

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology organization seeking a Sales Director for a remote position. This is a hunter role focused on acquiring new clients in the mid-market hotel sector. You will leverage your extensive network and deep understanding of the hospitality landscape to drive high-value annual recurring revenue and expand market presence.

Our client partners with ambitious independent hotels and hotel groups seeking unified platforms for their operations. As a fast-growing player in this space, they need entrepreneurial thinkers who can build relationships, forge partnerships, and position innovative solutions as the go-to choice for independent properties.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute sales strategies targeting independent hotels and groups, identifying opportunities to drive revenue and market expansion
• Deliver on sales forecasts to meet ambitious revenue goals
• Conduct exceptional virtual client presentations that clearly articulate value propositions
• Represent the organization at major industry events, serving as a brand ambassador and building connections with potential clients and influencers
• Provide valuable field feedback to sales leadership, product, and marketing teams
• Cultivate strong post-sale relationships that lead to satisfied clients and fuel valuable referrals

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a top-performing sales professional using a highly consultative approach
• Deep understanding of the mid-market hotel ecosystem with a proven track record of successfully selling to independent hotels and groups
• Expertise in hospitality technology with strong knowledge of PMS technology
• Strong business acumen, exceptional negotiation skills, and consultative sales approach
• Proven success in building pipelines independently, without BDR/SDR support
• Expertise in Salesforce CRM and experience with long-term pipeline management
• Exceptional communication and listening skills
• German language fluency required
