Junior Google Performance & Analytics Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce client in Stuttgart seeking a Junior Google Performance & Analytics Manager to join their digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational execution of Google marketing campaigns, ensuring flawless implementation, daily maintenance, and precise monitoring of all Google Ads activities. While strategy and technical setup are provided by senior team members, you will own the day-to-day campaign management, budget oversight, and performance reporting that keeps campaigns running smoothly and optimized.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) according to clear guidelines, managing ad copy, creative elements, and budget allocations within the platform
• Monitor campaign performance and daily budgets across all accounts continuously to ensure smooth, error-free operation
• Export performance data regularly from advertising campaigns and prepare clear, actionable reports in Excel or dashboard format for management review
• Support daily marketing operations, coordinate advertising materials (images, copy), and handle routine account maintenance tasks
• Ensure data accuracy and campaign compliance through meticulous double-checking before any changes go live

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or comparable commercial vocational training
• Initial practical experience in digital marketing through internships, working student positions, or early career roles
• Familiarity with Google Ads or analytics tools is a significant advantage, though eagerness to learn these systems quickly is more important
• Exceptionally structured and reliable work style with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong affinity for working with data and confident use of Excel or Google Sheets for managing lists and tables
• Very good German language skills and good English proficiency, both written and verbal
