Deal Desk Analyst

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing SaaS organization seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to join their Revenue Operations team. This remote position must be based in the Pacific time zone and offers the chance to build quote-to-cash expertise in a modern, high-growth environment.

As the engine of day-to-day deal operations, you'll process quotes and order forms with speed and accuracy while serving as first-line support for Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals teams. You'll keep deals moving, ensure data quality, and escalate complex situations to senior team members when needed.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage quotes, order forms, and amendments in CPQ systems accurately and within SLA
• Drive deals through the approval matrix, tracking status and coordinating with approvers to minimize cycle times
• Serve as first point of contact for pricing, packaging, and process questions from field teams
• Maintain deal hygiene and accurate opportunity and quote data in Salesforce
• Support order processing during high-volume periods, including month-end and quarter-end close activities
• Identify and escalate complex or non-standard deals to senior deal desk resources
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Sales to facilitate deal execution
• Help improve CPQ tooling and associated workflows

What We're Looking For

• 3–4 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or order management within B2B SaaS
• Familiarity with CPQ and quote-to-cash processes (Salesforce, DealHub, or similar platforms)
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with ability to handle high transaction volumes
• Strong stakeholder service mindset with clear, structured communication skills
• Understanding of SaaS business models, subscription pricing, and revenue recognition principles
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, dynamic, hyper-growth environments
• Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills (required)
• Numerically literate with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available)

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: Base salary up to $127,000 USD with a 10% target bonus.
