We are representing a confidential food production client based in Gudensberg, Hessen, Germany. Our talent team is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist / Product Inspector to join their operations team at the earliest possible date. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in food manufacturing who are passionate about maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the HACCP system and existing hygiene protocols to ensure the highest safety standards
• Conduct regular scheduled sampling and ensure all specifications are precisely followed
• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure all manufacturing steps comply with legal, internal, and customer-specific quality requirements
• Share responsibility for consistent compliance with all food safety regulations
• Ensure complete traceability throughout the entire production chain from raw materials to finished products
• Monitor adherence to hygiene regulations in daily operations and conduct practical on-site training for colleagues
• Perform all quality assurance checks during ongoing production and document results thoroughly

What We're Looking For

• Ideally, previous professional experience in the food industry with knowledge of standard processes
• Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to managing multiple tasks

• German language proficiency required for this role
