E-Commerce & DTC Coach

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the professional development and coaching space. They are looking for an experienced E-Commerce & DTC Coach to work with individuals seeking to break into or advance within e-commerce and direct-to-consumer roles.

This is a flexible, contract-based coaching position where you'll set your own hours and rates while working virtually with clients across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Teach core e-commerce strategy, direct-to-consumer marketing, and brand development principles to clients
• Guide clients on managing e-commerce platforms, optimizing product listings, and improving conversion rates
• Advise on customer acquisition, retention strategies, and digital marketing best practices
• Provide expertise in SEO for e-commerce, market research, and fulfillment and logistics
• Help clients integrate emerging tools including AI fundamentals and automation into their e-commerce operations
• Conduct resume reviews, LinkedIn profile optimization, and cover letter guidance
• Deliver interview preparation, networking strategy coaching, and salary negotiation support
• Support clients pursuing freelancing opportunities in the e-commerce space
• Host virtual coaching sessions and maintain a high-quality client experience

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience in e-commerce or DTC, whether as a founder, e-commerce manager, or industry professional
• Strong track record of driving measurable growth for online brands
• Clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical skill development and career advancement
• Ability to translate complex e-commerce concepts into actionable guidance
• Excellent communication skills and passion for helping others succeed
• Comfortable working in a virtual, self-directed environment
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in e-commerce is a plus
