About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential education technology client seeking experienced science and research coaches to mentor students and professionals pursuing careers in scientific research. This is a flexible, remote coaching role where you'll set your own hours and work virtually with ambitious individuals looking to advance their research careers.
Responsibilities
- Teach core skills in laboratory techniques, statistical analysis, and data analysis to students and professionals
- Guide clients through research proposal development, scientific writing, and preparation for research publications
- Support grant writing and business development strategy for those seeking research funding
- Develop networking strategies to help students build connections in their scientific fields
- Host virtual coaching sessions on your own schedule
- Deliver a high-quality, structured learning experience tailored to each individual's goals
What We're Looking For
- Professional or academic research experience in a scientific field
- Prior coaching, mentoring, or teaching experience
- Clear, structured approach to breaking down complex scientific and technical concepts
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
- Experience with scientific writing, grant proposals, or research publications preferred
- Self-directed and comfortable managing your own schedule
