Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core infrastructure initiatives in AI/ML systems from inception to production
• Architect scalable solutions that support rapid growth and future institutional backing potential
• Translate high-level strategic objectives into concrete execution roadmaps and technical milestones
• Drive rapid implementation cycles from prototype to production without bureaucratic overhead
• Collaborate directly with department leadership, engineers, researchers, and commercial teams
• Take end-to-end ownership of critical infrastructure components and systems

What We're Looking For

• Based in Europe or the Americas (remote arrangements available)
• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise in AI/ML infrastructure
• Track record of taking extreme end-to-end ownership on technical initiatives
• Strong architectural skills with experience building scalable systems from scratch
• Ability to move quickly from concept to production in fast-paced environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfort with ambiguity and building without established processes
