CRM Executive

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential automotive media and marketplace organization in their search for a CRM Executive to join their customer marketing team in London. This is a hands-on role managing email and push notification campaigns that connect millions of users with automotive content and services.

You'll be the operational engine behind multi-channel CRM campaigns, working in Iterable to build, test, segment, and deploy communications across a portfolio of automotive brands. This is a hybrid role with two days working from home per week.

Responsibilities

• Traffic email campaigns end-to-end, ensuring briefs are complete, assets are correct, and sign-offs are obtained before deployment
• Manage the email campaign calendar, populating new briefs and maintaining status updates
• Build email templates using a drag-and-drop editor in Iterable
• Create dynamic content and A/B tests to maximize personalization and campaign performance
• Build customer segments in Iterable, including managing exclusions and targeting logic
• Conduct thorough QA of email campaigns to ensure 100% accuracy in spelling, grammar, URLs, and audience targeting
• Report on key performance metrics and communicate results back to stakeholders
• Support CRM programs and subscription initiatives across multiple automotive media brands

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Hands-on experience building email campaigns in a marketing platform such as Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Mailchimp—you don't need to be an expert, but you must have actually built and sent campaigns
• Fast learner who can pick up new tools and processes quickly with minimal hand-holding
• Sharp attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
• Strong written English skills for reviewing copy and content
• Comfortable working with data at a basic level, including segments, exclusions, and reporting

Bonus Points:

• Specific experience with Iterable
• Exposure to A/B testing or personalization in a CRM/email context
• Experience with mobile push as a marketing channel
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini
• Background in publishing or subscriptions industries
