Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential social platform organization in Berlin seeking a Senior CRM Manager to join their 5-person CRM team. In this role, you will:
- Drive engagement objectives such as Daily Active Users through strategic CRM initiatives
- Plan, test, and implement newsletter campaigns in coordination with content and advertising teams, focusing on improving click-through rates
- Design and optimize automated campaigns including onboarding, reactivation, and triggered communications across email, push notifications, and in-app messages
- Develop meaningful user segmentations based on interests and behavioral patterns to deliver personalized experiences
- Collaborate with product and data teams to deepen user understanding and implement targeted measures
- Create regular reports on tests conducted and goal achievement in your area
- Coordinate with the team on best practices, content strategies, and optimal send times
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of CRM experience
- Strong expertise with Braze CRM platform
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities and strong KPI interpretation skills
- Creative approach to increasing user engagement
- Self-directed and structured working style with proven ability to plan and execute campaigns independently
- Demonstrated experience setting up multi-channel journeys and A/B tests, analyzing results, and deriving actionable recommendations
- Technical proficiency with CRM infrastructure, link tracking, deliverability topics, and tool optimization
- Native-level German and fluent English language skills
- Passion for developing digital products with social impact
