Werkstudent Telematikinfrastruktur (TI) (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential healthcare IT organization, is seeking a working student to support their product development team in building and maintaining test infrastructure for telematics systems. In this hands-on role, you will work with card terminals, telematics infrastructure components, and test environments that are critical to healthcare system connectivity. Experienced colleagues will guide you step-by-step as you develop practical skills in health IT.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Setting up and maintaining card terminals and telematics infrastructure components for test environments according to provided guidelines
• Organizing and maintaining the telematics test infrastructure, including tracking device inventory, firmware versions, and configuration states
• Conducting standardized configuration and functional tests, documenting results in a clear and traceable manner
• Supporting commissioning activities, updates, and basic troubleshooting; escalating complex issues to development or IT teams as appropriate
• Keeping technical guides, documentation, and administrative information current and accurate

What We're Looking For

We are representing our client in their search for a detail-oriented student with a strong interest in healthcare technology. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Current enrollment in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Medical Informatics, Medical Technology, or a comparable technical degree program
• Solid understanding of IT systems, devices, and technical infrastructure
• Basic knowledge of networks and IP addressing; familiarity with VPN, TCP/IP, firewalls, telematics infrastructure, or card terminals is a plus
• Careful, structured, and independent working style with strong technical documentation skills
• Genuine interest in hardware, software, and digital solutions in the healthcare sector
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (C1 level)

This position is based in München and is ideal for students seeking practical experience in health IT while continuing their studies.
