Account Manager – B2B (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking an Account Manager to develop and manage B2B relationships within the trades sector. You will own the full sales cycle, working independently to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and drive growth.

• Acquire, manage, and develop business customers from the skilled trades sector through both operational and strategic engagement
• Identify new business opportunities, provide solution-oriented consulting, and establish long-term partnerships
• Create customized proposals, conduct price and contract negotiations, and guide the entire sales process to successful closure
• Analyze customer needs, recognize optimization potential, and develop tailored solutions from the product and service portfolio
• Work proactively with business customers using modern CRM and shop systems
• Collaborate closely with procurement, operations, and customer success teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Contribute actively to sales team growth and broader organizational objectives

What We're Looking For

• Communicative, personable, and persuasive personality with strong customer orientation
• Ideally, experience in B2B sales or key account management
• Confident negotiation skills and genuine enjoyment in building sustainable customer relationships
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• High self-motivation and ambition to meet and exceed sales targets
• Knowledge in photovoltaics, heat pumps, electrical engineering, or wholesale is a plus but not required
• German language proficiency required for this Berlin-based role
