EU Freelancer (m/w/d) – Inbound Customer Service – 100% Homeoffice

About This Opportunity

Our recruiting team is representing a confidential customer service organization seeking EU-based freelance inbound customer service professionals. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for experienced customer service agents who value flexibility and want to participate in diverse client projects while working from anywhere in the EU (excluding Germany).

We are building a network of skilled freelancers who can deliver exceptional inbound support across multiple client engagements. You'll work independently while being part of a supportive partner network.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and written channels with a focus on excellent service delivery
• Provide solutions-oriented support by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring positive customer experiences
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and collaborate with internal teams as needed
• Manage your own schedule and work hours as an independent freelancer
• Participate in various client projects based on availability and project requirements

What We're Looking For

• Location: Must be based in the EU (excluding Germany) with registered freelance/self-employment status and VAT ID
• Experience: Proven background as a customer service agent or similar inbound support role
• Language: German language proficiency at C1 or C2 level – clear, error-free, and customer-focused communication required
• Communication skills: Friendly demeanor, solution-oriented approach, and confident written and verbal expression
• Technical competency: Comfortable using standard tools including CRM and ticketing systems
• Work environment: Dedicated workspace with stable internet connection
• Legal status: Officially registered as a freelancer/self-employed with ability to work within the EU
