About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential customer service organization seeking freelance Inbound support professionals based in the EU. Our talent team is building a network of experienced customer service partners who can work remotely on diverse client projects. This is an excellent opportunity for established freelancers who value flexibility and want to contribute to innovative customer service initiatives.

You'll work from your home office anywhere in the EU, supporting inbound communication channels and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We're looking for German-speaking professionals who are registered as freelancers with VAT ID and can commit to professional, solution-oriented customer support.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and written channels
• Provide solutions-focused support and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Manage your own schedule and workload independently as a freelancer
• Maintain high standards of communication quality and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Location: Based in the EU with registered freelance business and VAT ID
• Experience: Proven background as a customer service agent or similar role
• Language: German proficiency at C1 or C2 level – clear, error-free, and customer-focused communication
• Communication skills: Friendly presentation, solution-oriented approach, confident written and verbal expression
• Technical competence: Comfortable using standard tools such as CRM and ticketing systems
• Professional status: Officially registered as a freelancer with authorization to work within the EU
• Work environment: Dedicated workspace and stable internet connection
