Responsibilities

We are representing a client in the municipal services sector, and we're seeking customer service advisors for a new project based in Hamburg. This is a remote-eligible role after initial training.

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
• Handle inbound telephone inquiries in a friendly and solution-oriented manner
• Provide information about services, processes, and general customer questions
• Accurately capture and maintain relevant information in the client's systems
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
• Ensure a positive customer experience through professional and courteous communication

What We're Looking For

• Must be located in Hamburg or the surrounding area
• Willingness to attend on-site training and onboarding in Hamburg (training phase is primarily in-person)
• Fluent communication skills in German (written and spoken)
• Genuine enthusiasm for customer interaction and a strong service orientation
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Confident with PC systems and able to quickly learn new software platforms
