Senior Business Analyst – Change Management – Remote

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential government IT services organization seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Change Management to join their team remotely. This is a critical role supporting Design, Development and Implementation (DDI) project deliverables and change management processes for a large-scale Medicaid Enterprise System.

Responsibilities

• Process and track hundreds of DDI deliverables including design documents, test plans, and work plans in a timely manner
• Log, route, and distribute new requests and deliverables to Subject Matter Experts and Project Managers for action
• Support Change Management Office activities for DDI projects and Operations & Maintenance requests
• Work directly with vendors providing modules and products for the Medicaid Enterprise System
• Collaborate with project teams, management, SMEs, and vendors to ensure alignment on cross-functional deliverable activities
• Coordinate change management work streams with the Project Management Office
• Partner with program and project management to ensure smooth transition and awareness of releases prior to deployment
• Apply structured change management methodology and lead related activities
• Serve as central IT point of contact for the Change Management team
• Maintain project documentation as program librarian, ensuring proper filing and version control
• Support project reporting and coordination efforts
• Participate in all stages of the Systems Development Life Cycle

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Considerable work experience in an IT environment
• Strong knowledge and experience with Change and Release Management methodologies using version control
• Deep experience with Systems Development Life Cycle processes
• Proven experience with data entry and work order processing
• Experience tracking and reporting, controlling processes, and managing workflow
• Familiarity with common IT deliverables such as design documents, test plans, and work plans
• Strong analytical and people management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor with ability to build credible stakeholder relationships
• Customer service orientation for internal and external customers

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare IT is highly valued
• Background supporting government systems or Medicaid programs
