About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology client in Paris who is transforming how medical practices handle patient communications. As their exclusive recruiting partner, Get A Job.ai is seeking a Business Development Representative to join this fast-growing team.

This is a front-line growth role where you'll generate qualified meetings with healthcare decision-makers and demonstrate how AI-powered solutions can solve their operational challenges. You'll work closely with Account Executives, learn modern B2B sales methodology, and build the foundation for a strong sales career.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified meetings with healthcare providers through outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Qualify inbound leads quickly and professionally, ensuring every prospect receives a thoughtful response
• Master the client's CRM system and outbound playbook within your first month
• Consistently achieve monthly meeting targets and quota expectations
• Test and refine new outbound tactics including messaging, sequences, and channels
• Share field insights with Sales and Marketing teams to improve targeting strategies
• As you grow, mentor new team members joining the sales organization

Valued experience:

• Previous roles in sales, retail, hospitality, or any position requiring persuasion and resilience
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Interest in healthcare or technology sectors

Pay
