Operations Associate

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI technology client in their search for an Operations Associate based in London. This is a unique opportunity to serve as the operational backbone for a fast-growing go-to-market organization while managing day-to-day operations for their central London office.

This role sits at the intersection of revenue operations, business operations, and office management. You'll work directly with senior GTM leadership, maintaining data integrity across multiple platforms, providing tech support to commercial teams, and ensuring the London workspace runs seamlessly. Responsibilities

• Maintain high data quality and integrity across GTM platforms including Clay and HubSpot through systematic cleaning and deduplication
• Serve as primary tech support contact for the go-to-market team, troubleshooting tool workflows and day-to-day technical issues via Slack
• Partner with the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations on cross-functional initiatives spanning business operations, finance operations, and revenue operations
• Coordinate stakeholder teams on special projects, monitoring milestones and ensuring clear communication across dependencies
• Document operational processes to support efficient scaling as the organization grows
• Own day-to-day operations of the London office, ensuring the space is well-stocked, organized, and set up for team productivity
• Manage local vendor relationships, supplies, and office logistics to create an inviting workplace environment

What We're Looking For

• Proven ability to manage multiple distinct workstreams simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Tech-savvy mindset with comfort learning GTM tools; experience with Clay, HubSpot, or similar revenue operations platforms is advantageous but not required
• Systematic approach to organizing, cleaning, and verifying data across different software systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills with ability to keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable
• Service-oriented problem-solving attitude when supporting colleagues and resolving operational challenges
• High ownership mentality with flexibility to adapt as priorities shift in a fast-paced growth environment
• Interest in gaining broad exposure to strategy, finance, and revenue operations in a scaling technology business
