As a consultant, you'll work across a wide technical spectrum including fullstack development, backend systems, data engineering, cloud solutions, architecture, web development, and DevOps. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement software products and technical solutions across various domains
• Work on projects spanning fullstack development, backend engineering, data engineering, cloud solutions, architecture, web development, DevOps, and product ownership
• Contribute to both the technical product delivery and the broader business and team dynamics
• Take ownership of your career development by selecting projects and roles aligned with your personal strengths and interests
• Engage with an international network of highly skilled professionals across multiple European offices
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate (2026/2027) with a Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics, or a related field (or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of full-time relevant experience)
• Full business-level fluency in English
• Hands-on industry experience through internships, working student positions, or full-time roles in software engineering, data engineering, or IT management
• Experience with modern technologies across areas such as fullstack development, backend systems, data engineering, cloud solutions, architecture, web development, DevOps, or product ownership
• Currently based in Hamburg or willing to relocate to Hamburg
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset
• Collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
