About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential SaaS organization building AI connectivity infrastructure for enterprise customers. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager II to own strategy and adoption for a developer-focused AI integration platform that connects enterprise teams with leading AI assistants.
This remote role, based in the UK, sits at the intersection of AI tooling, developer ecosystems, and enterprise adoption. You will own product strategy through an adoption lens, working day-to-day as a peer to the engineering lead. Your core personas are CLI power users, agent builders, and teams integrating AI tools into their workflows. You are their advocate inside the organization and the voice of the platform to the market.
The platform currently serves over 7,500 connected organizations across five AI platforms. As you build track record in this role, scope is expected to grow, potentially into leading industry-vertical specialization as those needs emerge.
Responsibilities
- Own the platform adoption strategy and shape roadmap priorities based on usage data and persona evidence, partnering closely with the Director of Engineering
- Drive activation and conversion, understanding why connected organizations do not become active users, running research and data analysis on usage patterns, and shaping product and go-to-market investments
- Champion CLI power users, agent builders, and tool-calling developers as core personas, spending real time understanding their workflows and making their needs clear to engineering and leadership
- Engage directly with customers on use cases, run pilots and proofs of concept, and turn those engagements into showcases, reference stories, and repeatable adoption plays
- Build field enablement for the platform, creating demos, playbooks, documentation, and content that helps Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions teams communicate value to enterprise customers
- Document the platform for practitioners, producing clear, current, use-case-driven documentation of toolpoints, agents, and integration patterns
- Partner daily with the engineering lead as product and engineering peers, jointly owning go-live and launch plans for new capabilities
- Bring customer use cases, research findings, and adoption data into engineering conversations to inform what gets built
- Serve as the internal front door for the platform, helping other teams understand tool surfaces, identify where capabilities fit, and maintain a federated view of coverage and gaps
- Work closely with adjacent AI product teams to ensure coherent customer experience regardless of access point
- Own business metrics, usage patterns, and data signals, partnering with Business Intelligence to define success metrics and instrument from day one
- Author crisp product briefs and use-case narratives grounded in customer evidence
- Drive cross-functional alignment across UX research, GTM, Customer Success, Security, and platform teams
- Represent the platform in leadership reviews, customer-facing conversations, enterprise account engagements, and external events
- Contribute to pricing, packaging, and monetization decisions as the platform matures
- Mentor incoming PMs and share platform knowledge across the product organization
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of product management experience delivering high-impact features and driving adoption in enterprise SaaS or B2B software
- Hands-on fluency with AI assistants, agents, and CLI tooling as a power user; experience with agent platforms or developer-facing AI tooling strongly preferred
- Strong customer discovery skills with the ability to run structured research, synthesize signals from enterprise customers, and translate needs into validated product decisions
- Track record driving adoption and growth for a platform, API, or developer-facing product, with demonstrated understanding of activation funnels and technical value communication
- Field enablement and storytelling ability, turning customer engagements into demos, playbooks, documentation, and showcases
- Experience running customer pilots or proofs of concept and converting them into product evidence and reference stories
- Data-driven mindset, defining adoption, funnel, and business impact metrics before launch and using post-launch data to guide iteration
- Ability to navigate technically complex, ambiguous platform problem spaces and make clear scoping and prioritization decisions across multiple squads
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, GTM, Customer Success, and Security
- Technical fluency to be credible with engineers and power users, read the landscape, ask sharp questions, and participate in architecture discussions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for leadership reviews, external events, and direct enterprise customer engagement
- Exposure to enterprise deployment complexity, regulated industries, or admin governance is a plus
- Ability to work in the UK on an ongoing basis
