Werkstudent (m/w/d) Portfoliomanagement – Windenergie

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a working student to support portfolio management in the wind energy sector. In this role, you will:

• Assist senior leadership with strategic portfolio development and operational excellence initiatives
• Support the analysis, maintenance, and continuous development of the wind energy project portfolio
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and decision-making materials for management
• Participate in economic feasibility studies, risk assessments, and scenario analyses for renewable energy projects
• Compile and evaluate portfolio and project data, including relevant key performance indicators
• Help optimize processes, methodologies, and tools used in portfolio management
• Coordinate with cross-functional project teams and internal stakeholders
• Prepare required reporting in both English and German

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Energy Economics, Renewable Energy, or a comparable field
• Strong interest in wind energy, project development, and strategic portfolio management
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with numbers and data
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous
• Structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style
• Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level)
• Based in or able to work from Wiesbaden
