About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology company based in Munich that is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join their People & Culture team. This is a unique opportunity to own the entire recruiting lifecycle while developing your expertise in employer branding strategy.
Our client operates in a fast-paced environment where talent acquisition directly impacts business growth. You'll work closely with leadership across multiple departments and locations, managing high-volume hiring with full autonomy and strategic input.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes independently across all departments and locations, from initial briefing through offer acceptance
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including proactive outreach to passive candidates
- Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, challenging requirements constructively and maintaining quality standards
- Maintain disciplined ATS hygiene and pipeline management to ensure transparency and scalability
- Design and optimize the candidate journey to reflect the organization's values at every touchpoint
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, positioning yourself as a credible brand ambassador on professional platforms
- Create content and strategies that authentically represent the company culture and attract top talent
- Provide strategic input on candidate profiles, job descriptions, and interview design
What We're Looking For
- Several years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience in a demanding, high-velocity hiring environment
- Proven expertise in active sourcing, including Boolean search strings and creative channel strategies
- Strong track record of independently managing recruiting processes with measurable results
- Experience advising and partnering with senior stakeholders as a trusted peer
- Understanding of employer branding as a strategic recruiting lever, with curiosity to experiment and innovate
- Fluency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Process-oriented mindset with strong organizational discipline and attention to detail
- Ability to build trust, influence others, and maintain professionalism under pressure
- EU work authorization required for this Munich-based role
