Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential e-commerce client in Berlin seeking a working student to support their CRM and digital marketing operations. In this role, you will:
- Create and deploy weekly newsletter campaigns for German-speaking and international audiences
- Build personalization campaigns for email and webshop environments
- Adapt and modify newsletter templates using HTML within email marketing platforms
- Develop and program new campaign widgets for newsletters and web properties
- Test new features across email and webshop channels
- Support task and ticket creation in project management systems
- Assist with documentation and internal wiki maintenance
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled student in Marketing, Communications, Business Communication, or a comparable field
- Strong technical aptitude with solid HTML and CSS skills
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Interest in e-commerce, email marketing, and conversion optimization
- Prior practical experience through internships or similar roles is preferred
- Quick learner with meticulous, team-oriented, and structured work habits
- Strong attention to detail
- Personal interest in consumer electronics is a plus
