Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy engineering firm seeking independent sales representatives (m/w/d) under § 84 HGB in the Osnabrück area. In this field sales role, you will:

• Sell high-quality photovoltaic systems and heat pump solutions directly to residential and commercial clients
• Provide expert consultation on integrated energy solutions from initial presentation through successful contract closure
• Manage your own territory with complete scheduling flexibility and self-determined appointment planning

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience and natural sales talent
• Prior experience with PV or heating/heat pump systems is advantageous but not required—motivated career changers are welcome and will receive intensive onboarding
• Strong communication skills, confident presentation ability, and highly independent work style
• Valid Class B driver's license
• German language proficiency for client-facing interactions

Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor position under German commercial law (§ 84 HGB).
