Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential renewable energy engineering firm based in Cologne, and our talent team is seeking experienced independent sales representatives (Handelsvertreter nach § 84 HGB) to join their growing field sales network.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct field sales presentations and close deals for photovoltaic systems and heat pump installations
- Provide expert consultation to clients on integrated energy solutions from initial presentation through contract signing
- Work exclusively with warm, pre-qualified leads provided by the client—no cold calling or door-to-door prospecting required
- Manage your own schedule and territory with complete flexibility as an independent contractor
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience and strong closing ability in field or consultative sales
- Background in renewable energy, HVAC, or technical product sales is advantageous but not mandatory—motivated career changers are welcome
- Excellent communication skills, confident client-facing presence, and highly self-directed work style
- Valid Class B driving licence
- German language fluency required for client interaction

Pay
