(Senior) Marketing Operations Manager*In (M/W/D) Crm, Growth, Hubspot

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital media organization seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of their marketing function. You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and serve as the critical link between marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute creative process initiatives to increase both volume and quality of inbound leads across the funnel
• Build and scale the CRM infrastructure including workflows, automations, property configuration, and lead routing logic—ensuring documentation and maintainability
• Manage the intersection of marketing, sales, and revenue operations: deal structures, pipeline measurement, attribution modeling, inbound lead segmentation, and lead scoring systems
• Own and refine tracking architecture including UTM parameters, attribution models, and conversion paths across all campaign channels
• Administer daily marketing technology stack ensuring reliable operation and finding pragmatic solutions when platform limitations arise
• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, build custom workflows, and maintain process documentation
• Ensure GDPR-compliant marketing processes including double opt-in workflows and data handling procedures
• Build actionable reporting dashboards that the team actively uses to measure marketing impact against clear KPIs

What We're Looking For

• Several years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM administration
• Expert-level proficiency with marketing automation platforms, particularly complex workflow configuration, data architecture, and reporting capabilities
• Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and complete deal structures—you think beyond campaign execution
• Strong technical aptitude including API integrations and common automation tools
• Active use of AI tools for operational tasks and intelligent process creation
• Completely autonomous work style with structured approach to building self-sustaining processes
• Solid grasp of GDPR requirements in marketing and form contexts with confident practical application
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English
• Nice-to-have: Hands-on experience executing performance campaigns on platforms such as Meta or LinkedIn Ads
