Responsibilities

Our client, a dynamic digital media organization in Hamburg, is seeking a working student to join their Data & Automation team. In this role, you will:

• Identify process improvement opportunities and automate existing workflows to extract meaningful insights from data
• Support the development and refinement of sales and partnership strategies and annual planning initiatives
• Analyze partner objectives and identify growth opportunities across the organization's product ecosystem
• Examine multiple data sources including CRM systems and market research platforms to create processes, reports, and analyses that enhance sales activities
• Research potential new industry sectors, verticals, and key contacts
• Improve data quality by connecting information across systems and presenting findings through dashboards and presentations
• Evaluate the current technology stack and research best-in-class tools available in the market
• Collaborate closely with sales, partnerships, and cross-functional teams throughout the organization
• Contribute ideas actively rather than simply executing tasks

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student at a German university in IT, Business, Economics, Finance, or a comparable program
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM systems
• Strong interest in and understanding of automation and scripting tools such as make.com, Zapier, or n8n
• Foundational knowledge of SQL or programming languages like Python or TypeScript
• Prior experience with Google Suite tools is ideal
• Analytical thinking with a keen eye for numbers, data, and facts
• Structured, goal-oriented, and independent working style
• Strong German language skills required for this Hamburg-based position
