Senior Google Performance & Analytics Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential marketplace organization based in Stuttgart for a newly created Senior Google Performance & Analytics Manager position. This is not a tactical campaign management role – our client needs an architect who will build their entire Google ecosystem from the ground up and transform it into a core driver of scalable growth.

In this strategic position, you will connect the complete Google universe – from high-end performance marketing and search through data & analytics to cloud and technical infrastructure – into a unified, business-driving strategy. You will have the rare opportunity to build this function from scratch, establishing both the technical foundation and the operational frameworks that will define success for years to come.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive Google strategy from the ground up, aligned with long-term scalability and measurable business impact
• Build the technical stack and infrastructure independently, starting with a blank slate and establishing both strategic direction and operational execution
• Serve as the organization's subject matter expert across the entire Google ecosystem, monitoring emerging technologies and features and translating them into profitable business cases
• Embed Google capabilities as a sustainable, functioning component of the business model, defining KPIs and measurement frameworks
• Prepare the foundation to eventually build and lead your own team once core structures are established
• Translate complex technical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior management

What We're Looking For

• Multiple years of proven experience within the Google ecosystem with demonstrable success building channels or structures from scratch
• Comprehensive knowledge spanning the full Google universe – performance marketing, technical infrastructure, and Google Cloud Platform
• Strong execution capabilities paired with strategic thinking; willingness to personally build the technical and operational foundation in the startup phase
• Data-driven approach with clear KPI orientation and ability to prepare complex reports precisely for management review
• High degree of independence, assertiveness as a subject matter lead, and ability to communicate complex topics clearly
• Fluency in German is required for this Stuttgart-based position; English proficiency is beneficial
