AI Deployment Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI platform company expanding their APAC presence. Our talent team is seeking an AI Deployment Manager based in Australia to lead end-to-end customer implementations across the region.

This is a unique opportunity to own the critical bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world business outcomes. You'll lead complex deployments, work directly with enterprise customers, and ensure AI solutions are adopted successfully and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer AI deployments from kickoff through launch and adoption across APAC
• Own deployment timelines, success metrics, and customer satisfaction throughout implementation
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, actionable deployment plans for enterprise clients
• Partner with internal product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to drive deployment success
• Ensure customers launch confident, excited, and ready to scale their AI initiatives
• Bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex technical projects
• Build repeatable deployment frameworks that define excellence at scale

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading technical or AI-driven SaaS implementations
• Strong project management skills with a consultative, customer-first approach
• Comfort working with technical concepts, data, and analytics
• Ability to translate technology into business outcomes and clear execution plans
• Bias toward ownership, execution, and delivering measurable results
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities
• Experience working with enterprise customers across APAC markets preferred
• Strong communication skills for both technical and executive stakeholders

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and will be competitive with market rates for this role in Australia.
