About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in a strategic hire for their Key Accounts team. This Account Executive role focuses on mid-market clients who require consultative selling and a deep understanding of complex business operations. Our talent team is seeking a proven closer who can build partnerships, deliver value, and exceed ambitious targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 3-4 product demonstrations daily, ranging from 60-90 minutes each
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of mid-size accounts using account-based selling strategies
- Engage key stakeholders within prospect organizations to map success criteria and close partnerships
- Coordinate with onboarding specialists to ensure seamless customer transitions
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and fellow Account Executives as part of a larger sales organization
- Maintain current knowledge of competitive landscape, industry trends, and product capabilities
- Serve as a consultative partner who helps prospects understand long-term value and growth potential
- Work within scheduled hours ranging between 5am-7pm local time (8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week)
What We're Looking For
- Documented top 10% performance in an established sales organization with leaderboard or quota attainment proof
- 5+ years of inside sales experience (software sales strongly preferred)
- Experience working with or selling to home service professionals (HVAC, plumbing, or related trades a major plus)
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities
- Consultative selling approach with genuine focus on adding client value
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex sales cycles
- Self-starting attitude with motivation to continuously improve and embrace change
- Strong time management and organizational capabilities
- Comfort working in fast-paced, results-oriented team environments
- Enthusiasm for building relationships with both customers and internal team members

Pay
Our client offers a base salary of $49,000 annually with on-target earnings of $100,000-$130,000 through uncapped commission.
