Werkstudent (m/w/d) – Finance & Beratung (unternehmerisch, leistungsbasiert)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization in Hamburg seeking a working student to join their finance and consulting team. This is a performance-oriented role with clear development pathways.

In your initial weeks, you will focus on:

• Building client appointments through telephone outreach, networking, and lead follow-up
• Learning structured conversation frameworks, needs assessment techniques, and documentation standards
• Working with key performance indicators, receiving regular feedback, and systematically improving your results

As you progress, your responsibilities will expand to include:

• Supporting client situation analysis and preparing advisory materials in a structured manner
• Accompanying client meetings (based on your development stage), managing follow-ups, and ensuring clear next steps
• Maintaining clean processes and consistent documentation to ensure reliability
• Collaborating closely with a high-performing team and taking ownership of assigned workstreams

What We're Looking For

Must-have requirements:

• Currently enrolled at a university or technical college
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher (spoken and written) – training, team communication, and future professional development pathways will be conducted entirely in German
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and dependability
• Self-motivation and structured working approach
• Genuine interest in performance-driven work and measurable outcomes

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, consulting, or performance-oriented environments such as competitive sports

This role is not suitable if you:

• Are seeking a typical part-time student job with minimal hours
• Prefer to avoid telephone work and appointment setting
• Have German language skills below C1 level
• Prioritize security over professional development
