Sales Customer Service Representative (Insurance or Bank Exp) – WFH / Dayshift

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential organization in search of a Sales Customer Service Representative to join their remote team. This role combines customer retention with proactive sales, handling both inbound and outbound calls to support existing clients with product solutions. You'll work from home on a consistent dayshift schedule while being part of a professional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct up-selling and cross-selling activities with existing customers through telephone conversations
• Handle both inbound customer inquiries and outbound sales calls using established systems and processes
• Follow up on leads and identify sales opportunities from existing client quotes within campaign timeframes
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
• Answer customer queries related to claims and service issues
• Meet sales targets while adhering to service time standards
• Report potential growth opportunities in products, services, and education to management

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a customer service or sales environment, particularly in insurance or banking sectors
• Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and apply effective sales techniques
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software for recording activities and accessing customer data
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Capacity to learn new product knowledge and company information quickly
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Schedule and Work Arrangement

This is a permanent work-from-home position based in the Philippines. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine Time (with adjustments for daylight saving time).
