Our client operates a federally regulated platform that has recently achieved significant regulatory milestones and is experiencing rapid growth. This is an early-stage opportunity to join a small, ambitious finance team during a period of substantial scaling.

As a Financial Operations professional, you'll be instrumental in managing the complete lifecycle of funds flowing through the organization's exchange and clearing operations. You'll work with retail customers, institutional traders, and market makers, ensuring every dollar is accurately tracked and accounted for across connected systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee high volumes of financial transactions, tracking all money movements across multiple sources
• Generate daily financial activity reports to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency
• Continuously monitor and optimize financial processes to maintain smooth operations and regulatory compliance
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and industry standards, staying current on regulatory changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives and achieve operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Ideally 3+ years of post-graduate experience
• Proven experience at a financial exchange, clearing organization, or payment processing company handling high transaction volumes
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards; familiarity with exchange, clearing organization, or FCM regulations is advantageous
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (NetSuite experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong team orientation
