Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential travel services organization seeking a Part-Time Virtual Travel Assistant & Affiliate Recruiter Management professional. This remote position is based in the APAC region, specifically the Philippines, and offers flexible scheduling for candidates who are passionate about travel coordination and team building.

You'll work independently to coordinate travel arrangements across multiple online platforms while simultaneously identifying and onboarding new team members to expand service capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys both operational execution and networking.

Responsibilities

• Book and manage accommodations, flights, and travel services across major online travel platforms
• Ensure all reservations align with client preferences, budgets, and scheduling requirements
• Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and rebooking as circumstances change
• Identify and recruit individuals interested in travel booking assistance roles
• Promote commission-based opportunities to potential team members
• Onboard new recruits and provide guidance on effective booking procedures
• Track team member performance and ensure client satisfaction across all transactions
• Maintain detailed records of bookings and team activity
