(Senior) Project Manager (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization in Berlin that is seeking a (Senior) Project Manager to lead IT initiatives of significant scope and impact. Our talent team is looking for experienced professionals who have successfully managed complex projects and can navigate both agile and traditional methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale IT projects using agile, classical, or hybrid approaches
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to translate client requirements into IT solutions and processes; act as Product Owner in agile settings
• Deliver projects across diverse technology environments including CMS, form management systems, low-code platforms, custom applications, and workplace solutions
• Guide clients through digital transformation initiatives and advise on appropriate technical solutions
• Manage interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate between internal and external stakeholders
• Design and facilitate client workshops, developing strategies for efficient implementation of digital solutions
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, develop targeted recommendations, and drive change initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management with proven ability to independently lead projects
• Strong command of agile or classical project methodologies; certification preferred (PMI/CAPM, Prince2, Scrum PSPO/PSM)
• Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding IT projects including websites, intranets, apps, digital applications, or specialized systems
• Comfort with complex technical topics and a natural ability to understand client needs and identify business development opportunities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels and explain complex subjects clearly to diverse audiences
• Completed university degree
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Depending on the specific role, a confidential security clearance may be required following an offer
