Senior Frontend Angular Developer (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization seeking a Senior Frontend Angular Developer to join their team in Köln. In this role, you will build responsive and accessible user interfaces using structured, standards-compliant HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), JavaScript, and TypeScript.

You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team developing frontends based on Angular and React frameworks. Working in agile projects, you'll collaborate closely with backend developers, project managers, UX designers, and clients from both public and private sectors. Your responsibilities include supporting requirements analysis, writing technical specifications, and evaluating solutions for technical feasibility. You'll contribute to the evolution of existing architectures and provide consultation to both clients and colleagues while analyzing and optimizing current processes.

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or comparable qualification
• Several years of hands-on experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), and ES6
• Strong understanding of core Angular concepts with multiple years of practical experience in Angular and the Angular ecosystem
• Initial experience with the React framework, making you flexible across projects
• Familiarity with Clean Code principles
• Applied knowledge of Atomic Design and BEM methodologies
• Experience in requirements analysis and creating technical specifications is desirable
• Team player mindset with enthusiasm for close collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Passion for creative solutions and coding in agile environments
